TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

For all transactional and legal purposes, the seller will be NAKAMI, a cosmetic products marketing company, subject to Colombian law, with legal existence and principal address in the city of Cali, hereinafter NAKAMI. Transactions carried out through the website www.nakami.asia (the "Site") are subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and, in particular, the provisions for distance sales under the Colombian regulations applicable to the matter. By making a transaction on the Site, you are understood to have acknowledged and accepted the Terms and Conditions described below. Likewise, any user who visits the Site is understood to have acknowledged and accepted each and every one of the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. "Customers" will refer to both visitors to the Site, potential buyers, and buyers.

DATA CAPTURE-CUSTOMER REGISTRATION:

NAKAMI operates the Site, through which customers can purchase the products offered through it, including, but not limited to, men's personal care products. Customer registration on this Site is required to purchase products through it. To do so, the Customer must register on the registration page with their basic information, including personal information such as their ID number, address, and phone numbers. By entering their information, the Customer declares in good faith that it is true and current. Customer data will be processed in accordance with the information processing policies of Tienda  NAKAMI  , which are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Registration and purchases on the Site by you as a customer must be carried out exclusively by competent persons in accordance with Colombian law. Customer registration information will be collected, stored, and used by NAKAMI, maintaining sufficient security standards to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, consultation, use, or access, and guaranteeing the rights of data subjects. The information requested during registration is intended to register the Customer to access the Site and, eventually, purchase the items offered through the Site. The information collected will be used for statistical and promotional purposes. If, after registering, the Customer decides to purchase any of the products offered through the Site, they will be required to provide their specific credit and debit card information, billing address, telephone number, and the address where they would like NAKAMI to ship the purchased products. For transaction security reasons and to protect its customers, NAKAMI reserves the right to request additional information to corroborate personal data, as well as to temporarily or permanently withhold purchases from customers whose data could not be confirmed, and to delete any previously accepted registration or reject a new request. NAKAMI reserves no obligation to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision, and this does not entitle the Customer to seek compensation for damages.  

PROMOTIONS:

Customers expressly authorize NAKAMI to send them promotions to the email address registered on the Site, based on each Customer's profile based on the purchases and links visited. Additionally, they authorize Payu's terms and conditions and its handling of personal data, which can be found at www.payu.co, as they are the payment platform they have contracted. Customers may request the suspension of all promotional or advertising communications sent to their email address by sending an email to info@digiphars.com.  

USE OF COUPONS:

If applicable, the use of discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated. They may only be used once per customer and may only be used by persons over 18 years of age.

VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS:

Offers and/or promotions will be valid for a specified period of time, as communicated to the user. Otherwise, the promotion will be deemed to be valid until the inventory allocated for this offer is exhausted. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified on the site.

PRODUCTS:

The essential characteristics of each of the products sold through this page are those displayed graphically for each of them, noting that sometimes the color or some other characteristics may vary.

PRICES:

You will find the price of each product, including all taxes and additional costs. The customer understands and accepts that the price of the products may change depending on the color or model chosen.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

The client of the web portal www.eleganceman.co declares that he or she understands and accepts that between the moment in which he or she selects the product and the moment in which the transaction is actually accepted by the respective financial institution, the selected product may run out of stock, for which reason NAKAMI is authorized to return the transaction and consequently return the money paid for the out-of-stock product, in the event that such situation arises. Due to the foregoing, NAKAMI will inform the portal client of such situation within two (8) business days following the moment in which the purchase was generated, without the same generating any type of responsibility for NAKAMI or the power to request compensation for damages from the client.    

PRODUCT DELIVERY:

NAKAMI  will ship the product via ENVIA or SERVIENTREGA and it will arrive at its destination within a maximum of eight (8) business days following the time the purchase was generated and verified, depending on the destination city. The customer will receive a notification with the tracking number once their order has been dispatched, for tracking purposes. In the initial stage of the project, only national shipments will be made. Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays. All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgment of receipt. Due to logistical difficulties when shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel the order and/or apply additional terms and conditions to said order (including, but not limited to, the condition that each order reaches a minimum amount). Delivery periods are indicative and, therefore, are not considered dates.

SHIPPING COST:



We are offering free shipping for a limited time only. However, there are cities or municipalities where free shipping is not available and you will be charged the shipping cost. Shipping costs for these cities will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This cost will be calculated during the checkout process and will be notified to you upon checkout, before you make your payment.
