EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES


If you wish to exchange any of the products you purchased through our online store www.eleganceman.co, you can do so as follows:


Within five [5] calendar days from the date of receipt of the package you can write to the email info@digiphars.com or through  the customer service line whatsapp number + 63 9985 453 367  specifying the following information:


  • Form of change:
  • Full name:
  • ID:
  • Order number:
  • Order date:
  • Contact number:
  • Product:


We will respond with the appropriate procedure and whether the request is authorized according to Nakami's policies, terms, and conditions.

Shipping costs and any other costs incurred by the change will be covered by the customer.


It's important to keep in mind that the product you're exchanging must not be used, modified, or altered from its original state; it must be in good condition, clean, and with its original labels.


Exchanges and returns may take up to 10 business days.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm



 

ERROR IN PRODUCT DELIVERY


If the delivered product is not correct, you will have (5) calendar days from the time of delivery to report the error and request a change, by sending an email to info@digiphars.com  , Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Once the email is received, the case will be analyzed and it will be confirmed whether or not it was an error on the part of Nakami . If so, Nakami will assume the cost of collecting the product and shipping the new one.  

 



RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REVERSAL OF PAYMENT


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Virtual Store


In accordance with article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the customer will have the right to withdraw from his purchase within five (5) business days following the delivery date of his order.


In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the contract will be terminated, and the consumer must be reimbursed for any money paid. The consumer must return the product to the producer or supplier by the same means and in the same condition in which it was received. Transportation costs and any other costs incurred in returning the goods will be covered by the consumer. The maximum period for exercising the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the goods or the execution of the contract in the case of services. The following cases are exempt from the right of withdrawal:


1. In contracts for the provision of services whose provision has begun with the agreement of the consumer;

2. In contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the producer cannot control;

3. In contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

4. In contracts for the supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly;

5. In contracts for betting and lottery services;

6. In contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods;

7. In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use


The supplier must refund the consumer all sums paid without making any deductions or withholdings. Nakami will refund the customer the sum paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.  


To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following must be taken into account:


  • The customer will exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to  info@digiphars.com  with the subject: withdrawal, sending the purchase and contact information, making the formal request for a return, certifying that the product is in the same condition as when it was received, to which a response will be given with approval and instructions on how to proceed.
  • The request must be submitted by the purchaser within the first 5 business days, counting from the delivery of the goods.
  • The customer must immediately return the product, upon notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in the same condition as received: new, undamaged, and with all original labels and packaging.
  • If the product is not packaged in its original packaging, it will not be received by Nakami nor will it be accepted.  
  • Shipping costs and any other costs incurred in returning the goods will be covered by the customer.
  • If the product to be returned was paid for by credit card, a refund will be issued through eapyco, requesting a reversal of the full or partial value. If the product was paid for by debit card, Baloto, or Efecty, the full amount actually paid will be refunded to the savings account you provide via bank transfer.
  • The refund will be made within thirty (30) calendar days following the date on which Nakami receives the returned products in its warehouse and reports that they are in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the Client, that the right of withdrawal was exercised within the term indicated in these Terms and Conditions and in the law for this purpose and that consequently the withdrawal is accepted.  
  • Does not apply to items sold abroad.

 



PAYMENT REVERSAL


If your purchase made at www.eleganceman.co was executed through payments such as credit card, debit card or any other electronic payment method, and meets the causes stipulated in Art 51 of Law 1480 of 2011, you may request a payment reversal within 5 business days following the date on which you had notice of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction or that you should have received the product or received it defective or not corresponding to what was requested.


To invoke payment reversal, you must prove at least one of the following reasons:

  • Fraud in the transaction.
  • When it corresponds to an unsolicited operation.
  • When the product doesn't arrive.
  • When the Product does not comply with the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information provided about it.
  • Defects in the purchased product.


To exercise your right, please send an email to  info@digiphars.com  with the following information:


1. Full name

2. ID card

3. Reason why payment reversal is required.


Please note that to access payment reversal you must take into account the following:


  • The product must be in good condition and clean
  • Payment reversals only apply when products are purchased through e-commerce platforms such as the Internet, PSE, a call center, or any other telesales platform or virtual store, and a credit, debit, or other electronic payment method was used to make the payment. However, it does not apply to the following payment methods: Efecty, Baloto, Reference Payment (at banks), and Cash on Delivery.
  • For electronic payment methods, your bank is responsible for refunding the money if such an event occurs.
  • The Complaint must be submitted by the holder of the financial product, without prejudice to the consumer having to comply with the provisions of Article 4 and 2.2.2.51 of Decree 587.
  • In the event of a product return due to a payment reversal, the supplier will collect the product in the same condition and only from the same location where it was received, thereby deeming the obligation to return it satisfied.
  • Payment reversal does not apply to purchases made abroad.
  • To access this right, you must send an email to info@digiphars.com with your full name, ID number, and the reason for requesting a payment reversal.


Users who proceed to request Reversal in bad faith will be sanctioned by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce up to fifty (50) SMMLV.
